The principal
Rich Vincent is a thought leader and pioneer with game-changing ideas. He leverages his 30-years of in-house experience as a former global head of executive development having trained thousands of leaders for some of the world’s most successful organizations.
Having attended a comprehensive array of business leadership courses at Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business and Wharton, Rich holds a Ph.D. in organizational leadership, an M.Sc. in human resources development and a B.S. in psychology.
Power Tools
Intensive 1-on-1 program for executives
Our flagship program to provide world-class executive development. Relying on our proven expertise, the Power Tools experience will elevate the leadership capability of the C-suite executive. The program is intensely focused on the real-world challenges of the executives.
A Power Tools engagement typically consists of once weekly or bi-weekly meetings with assignments in between sessions and supported by real-time coaching and advising as needed. This program is designed to be completed in 12 months.
Execs-on-Deck
Cohort program for emerging leaders
Our flagship program to provide first-class development for emerging leaders. This development approach is without parallel. Guaranteed to produce extraordinary leaders ready for successful executive roles. The Execs-on-Deck program has a proven track record of generating highly effective leaders who are able to drive toward their company’s objectives.
Execs-on-Deck consists of bi-weekly meetings with assignments in between sessions, supported by coaching as needed. Designed to be completed in 6 months.
